9.3 Due to the nature of AI-generated content, there may be errors or inaccuracies in the content generated by our Services. Buzzi.ai is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or issues arising from AI-generated content, and no refunds or adjustments will be provided for such occurrences.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buzzi.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

10.2 Buzzi.ai’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Buzzi.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buzzi.ai and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

13.2 The arbitration shall be conducted in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, in the English language.

16. Cancellation and Refund

16.1 No refund option available. For billing or technical errors in billing, request a refund at[email protected]. We will process the refund/adjustments within 5-7 working days.

16.2 The balance of the current month will be adjusted for an upgrade. For a downgrade, the subscription will be canceled by the end of the current billing period.

16.3 This is a digital product, so users can access the premium features upon subscription.

17. Shipping and Delivery

17.1 As this is a digital product, there is no shipping or physical delivery involved.

18. User Responsibilities

18.1 You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration process.

18.2 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.

18.3 You agree to immediately notify Buzzi.ai of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

19.1 If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding our Services, you hereby assign to us all rights in such feedback and agree that we shall have the right to use and fully exploit such feedback in any manner we deem appropriate.

20.1 We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Services, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications.

20.2 All updates are subject to these Terms and any other terms that accompany the updates.
